We are living in extremely worrying times which I am sure you can all agree. With the recent developments of the Coronavirus, we wanted to give a quick message to everyone and give you all an update who have ordered with us and also people who are looking to order with us.
We are strongly stating business as usual as we have an extremely good relationship with our suppliers and we are working closely with them and will follow their lead in the coming days and weeks.
We are continuously watching the news and keeping updated on the current situation.
We hope you understand that any orders that have already been placed will still stand and will be completed by the agreed timescales . Please note we will not be in a position to offer any refunds as trophies and garments have already been purchased and in some cases work has already begin or partly completed orders have been processed. Orders that have been placed with us and either your event has been postponed or you are waiting to hear please contact us asap to advise the status of your requirements with us so we can make a contingency plan please be aware in some cases your trophies or garments are already with us so again we would ask that payments are still made or contact us for special arrangements that can be made. We want to stress that we will be as accommodating as we can so we can all make it through this very difficult situation we find ourselves in.
If any of our team develops a cough or flu like symptoms we are asking them not to attend work for the well-being of our customers.
If the government however order the shop to close it will be out of our hands but we will still try and accommodate everyone with completing orders, if not already done so beforehand.
